Mobility and mindset for runners.
This session will focus on creating mobility and range of movement helpful for race day. A great way to get the body moving and open some of the tighter muscles in the body.
The session will also have a mindfulness focus. Helpful to gain tools to down regulate and reduce stress and race nerves the week leading into Sunday.
Session with Ryan Mannix. Runner, yoga and meditation teacher and lululemon ambassador.
