Join us for a full body mat pilates experience in the lead up to Melbourne Marathon. The focus of this class will be to strengthen and lengthen your full body. This class is going to be a fun and dynamic program. Phoebe and Ali will leave your muscles burning through low impact exercises to compliment your running goals.

Phoebe and Ali will guide you through your Pilates class, suited to all levels.

**For those who can't afford the booking price, please contact us and we can refund the booking fee. We strive to make all activities are accessible to our community. Due to limited spaces, the booking fee is to ensure attendance.**
